The containers with this closure come with the following sealing solutions: washer, induction, degassing valve (ventilation valve) and induction with a degassing valve.
Washer
This is a screw cap for our din.63 neck containers. A ratchet band helps deter tampering as it breaks reliably when the container is first opened. The cap has a polyethylene foam washer inside to provide a secure seal. This cap is first choice for companies who require the highest levels of protection and preservation for hazardous liquids, and want the security provided by a permanent airtight seal.
This cap preserves content with an airtight seal and a tamper evident band which breaks the first time the container is opened.
Induction
Properly-sealed products give consumers confidence regarding their quality and safety. Induction is a sealing option which preserves the content from the moment it is sealed in the container until it is used, preventing the content from being tampered with or altered.
In sectors such as the chemical and agrochemical industries, choosing induction closures allows the client to differentiate their products from those of their competitors by opting for a closure which preserves the qualities of the content and prevents imitation.
Moreover, our induction sealed closures have a tamper-evident band which breaks the first time the container is opened.
Degassing valve
In response to market demand, Envaplast offers the option of closures with degassing valves for our range of containers with the din.63 neck.
There are certain liquids which can be difficult to pack, store and transport.
