Materials we process

Our plant processes various types of polymer:
-High-density polyethylene (HDPE)
-High molecular weight high-density polyethylene (HMW-HDPE)
-Polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
-Polypropylene copolymer (PPC)

Extrusion blow moulding

Extrusion blow moulding technology was the first process used by Envaplast and continues to be one of the fundamental pillars of our business and its development. We have continued to develop our use of this technology, enabling us to improve the quality and production of our packaging.

Injection blow moulding

We have a PET bottle (Series P) production line. These bottles are manufactured using an injection blow moulding machine, which allows the bottles to benefit from molecular compression.


PWDS technology ensures every part of the container has a uniform thickness, giving it greater strength, as well as saving raw materials and protecting natural resources.

New materials

Envaplast is constantly developing plastic materials which bring beneficial properties and attributes to our packaging. We use the highest-quality polyamides to make our products with strict monitoring and testing of standards.
